All orders are subject to a processing time before shipment, which is usually 1 - 3 working days.

You will then receive a shipment notification with all tracking information. In many cases, to save you money, we ship directly from the manufacturer.

Please allow 7-20 (business) days for your order to arrive, delivery times may vary depending on the country and location of the product.

Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. Once they have been processed, they cannot be cancelled.

Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address. Air Volt cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for the additional shipping costs incurred for shipping to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments are subject to import/customs taxes. These must be paid by the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Air Volt is not responsible for customs taxes.

To save you money, we ship our products directly from the manufacturer. These locations include the UK, Germany, Italy and China. 

For logistical reasons, the articles are sometimes sent in separate packages. Please bear this in mind when accepting deliveries. If you have further questions, please contact us.

Any product with a 30-day money back guarantee entitles you to a free replacement or refund if your item breaks within 30 days of delivery or if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product.  

Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery. To initiate your return, please contact us by clicking here to obtain your return number. Any unauthorized return may result in a delay in refund.

If your item arrives with us damaged, you must first send us a picture showing the damage and we will let you know if it meets our criteria for replacement when we check it. The buyer pays for the shipping.

All items must be in an unused, resaleable condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.

If your item is in working condition but you ordered by mistake or no longer need the item, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 30%.

Please include the return number we provide so that the refund can be processed properly. If you do not provide the return number, we cannot guarantee that your refund can be processed.

The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure that your return is delivered.

Even after we have stopped our Facebook advertising, these posts are still shared and loved by our fans. We can't stop this from happening because it's the way Facebook works.
